2nd Annual CATRA Benefit Miles for Smiles Motorcycle Ride

The Capital Area Therapeutic Riding Association, Inc. (CATRA) is hosting a benefit motorcycle ride event. CATRA is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit agency that provides therapeutic horseback riding services to people of all ages who have disabilities.

The ride will start and finish at the Shellsville VFW Picnic Grounds on North Crawford Road, East Hanover Township, in Grantville-Shellsville, PA on Saturday, August 17, 2013.  Registration will begin at 8:30 AM, and riders will begin to depart at 10:30 AM.  The ride will cover approximately 60 scenic miles.  The event will take place RAIN OR SHINE, with no refunds.

Paid registrants will receive a very nice catered lunch on their return from the ride, about 12:30.  Non-riders may purchase lunch for $15 at the event. Refreshments will be available for sale before and after the ride.  There will be   music, entertainment, and drawings for door prizes.  It will be a lot of fun.

If we receive your registration before July 26, 2013, we will be able to order you a beautiful commemorative T-shirt, designed by Roni Dietrich.  Of course you can also participate by dropping in on the day of the ride, but we will not have ordered a shirt for you.
